Colt Knost is part of a five-way tie for third place, after shooting a 4-under in the first and second round.
Knost is competing for the first time since being the victim in a drunk-driving accident early this month.
"I could be in bed right now and not playing out here," Knost said, "So I feel very lucky to be playing this game for a living and that's the way I'm just going about it now."
