Vijay Singh started the day at 5-under and has made a move to pull into a two-way tie for second (behind leader Justin Rose, -13) with Bill Lunde, both at -8.
Singh just birdied the 13th hole to move to -8. Lunde, who started on the 10th tee, birdied the first hole to go to -8.
